A new event is about to start for Pokemon Go and its focus is on the grass-type Pokémon. The official Pokemon Go website confirmed that this event will make it easier for Trainers to catch some of the best Grass-type ‘mons.
“It’s a great opportunity to catch Pokemon that you may not have encountered in your area! The increased numbers of Grass-type Pokemon will continue until May 8, when the Pokemon return to their usual habitats.”
Gen 2 ‘mons are also included at the event. Grass-type Pokémon already included in the game are: Bulbasaur, Oddish, Bellsprout, Exeggcute, Tangela, Paras, and the respective evolutions. For Gen 2, they include Chikorita, Bayleef, Hoppip, Skiploom, Jumpluff, Sunkern, and Sunflora.
