EA’s New Star Wars Games Revealed

Electronic Arts’ (EA) has many new Star Wars games arriving soon. As part of the EA press conference held at Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this year, the company revealed a tease on some of the games they have lined up beginning in 2018. EA has exclusive rights to all Star Wars games for the next 10 years and they are offering new content for Battlefront, Galaxy of Heroes, and The Old Republic. The new slate of games coming out soon are listed below:
In 2017 is a new version of Star Wars: Battlefront from DICE and Motive. It’s a sequel to the title.

DICE’s virtual reality mission game for PlayStation VR headset, featuring X-Wing piloting.

Visceral Games has a new game coming in 2018. It features an action-adventure “original narrative set in the Star Wars universe with all-new characters.”

A game from Respawn Entertainment with a “different style of gameplay that takes place in a different timeline we have yet to explore with our EA Star Wars titles.”

New content for existing Star Wars games include:

3 new Star Wars: Battlefront expansion packs

New content for mobile game, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes

Another new set of expansions for online game, Star Wars: The Old Republic
